Profile

I'm currently engineering the Orthogonal Ubiquitin Transfer cascade of Ubiquintin E3 ligase Cbl-b and RNF38 under Dr. Jun Yin's direction. By identifying their ubiquitination substrates, we would be able to elucidate their roles in pathogenesis and guide the development of effective therapies.
